MEET THE FACILITATOR
FLORIAN WUPPERFELD
Born in Bavaria, colleagues and friends call Florian a cultural nomad. After graduating from UCLA, Florian worked with Berkeley Haas, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and the Soho House Group before launching Leading Culture Destinations. A former correspondent of the Future Lab London, he has spoken at events and conferences organised by the New York Times, UNESCO and Unilever. He has also worked with architects such as Zaha Hadid and Bjarke Ingels.
An expert in upcoming destination trends and destinations ecosystems he specialises in activating places and driving value for their stakeholders. Over the years he has worked with hotel companies, co-working and membership clubs, real estate companies and Private Equity firms to deliver unique and magnetic places by orchestrating the efficient ecosystems that ultimately make them successful.
